About the Role
We are continuously looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help us grow our short-term vacation rental inventory. The candidate for this position will excel at identifying new business opportunities to generate leads. You will be the first point of contact between GoTell Getaways and potential clients anywhere in the US.
This is an 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Six or even seven figure income is possible for highly motived and sales driven individuals! As an Independent contractor, you can work whenever and wherever you want. We will still provide you with the tools and ongoing support you need to help you reach your financial goals.
Current commission structure:
You will earn 5% of total accommodation fees collected, per booking, for the first full year we manage each and every property you onboard.
For example, if we we charge $350/night on a property and it gets booked for 22 nights in a month. You will earn 5% on the total of $7,700 making your commission for that month $385. Let’s assume it’s rented for the same number of days every month for 12 months, that’s $4,620 that you earn in one year for just that one property and all you had to do was get them to sign up. The property management team handles everything else going forward. If one owner signs up more than one property, you will still get 5% commission on each and every property! Again there’s no commission cap so you can only imagine how much you’re capable of making if you are a truly highly motivated and extroverted individual that has the ability to make strong connections with potential clients.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Network, build relationships with potential clients, have the ability to sell them on our services, and guide them through the onboarding process.
Maintain leads and answer leads questions professionally through email, text and phone calls.
Work closely with the sales management team to help you increase conversion rates.
Continuously branch out to extend your network of clients and relationships.
Qualifications
Have a functional and quiet workspace with your own computer and high-speed internet.
Have a personal smartphone (we will provide a virtual number but you will need a personal phone to download the app)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience in hospitality, real estate, vacation rental, call center, sales, or other related fields (not required but HUGE plus)
Is very organized, detail-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated, while having the willingness to seek guidance and direction as needed
Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects
Has a positive attitude!
