GoTell Getaways is a full-service vacation rental management company providing services throughout the US. Our mission is to provide our owners & hosts with a stress-free rental experience and guests with a memorable stay! By managing their properties with care and attention to detail, we can maximize rental income and occupancy rates while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests. Our partnerships with two of the largest national housekeeping and concierge service companies gives us access to a network of pre-screened and expertly trained housekeepers and the ability for guests to have access to personalized concierge services helps your property stand out from the competition! We also hire and assign local experts to manage our properties. If you own a property in a market we don't operate in just yet, don't worry. Our CEO will visit the property, get local expert insight, and personally manage your property until we hire a qualified local property manager that our company has fully vetted!

meet OUR CEO
With over 19 years in property management, our CEO Kristell, knows what it takes to get the job done and get it done right! Kristell obtained a Bachelor's in Real Estate from Georgia State University and has been working in property management since 2004! During her career, she has worked in various segments of the real estate industry including but not limited to investments, acquisitions, renovation/project management, leasing, marketing, and property management of single-family homes, multi-family properties, and manufactured home communities. She has managed over 8,000 assets throughout her career and has had a proven track record of success improving overall internal operations of assigned portfolios. She has also worked for some of the most prominent real estate companies in the industry and with high profile celebrity clients. Now managing GoTell Getaways, a boutique vacation rental management company, her goal is to assist individual investors and small investment groups with scaling their business to new heights while maintaining the personal touch that is frequently lost when you deal with a large management company. Kristell is a South Florida native and currently lives in Atlanta.
