We manage properties throughout the US and are seeking individuals or cleaning crews who can assist with cleaning properties between guests. Being that we manage vacation rentals, we experience high turnover so there is opportunity for consistent work. Requirements

Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality insudtry (such as hotel or vacation rentals) is not required but a HUGE plus!
English or spanish speaking
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to requests
Ability to keep track of supplies and essentials and promplty advise when we are runing low so we can reorder
Complete a walk through to document and report any damages or maintenance issues
Thorough cleaning of all rooms, blinds, fans, appliances, countertops, inside cabinets, etc
Taking out trash as needed
Washing bedding and towels (if unit does not have washer/dryer, we will reimburse for usage of a laundry facility or compensation for washing at home)
Make beds, make sure furniture is organized, place fresh towels in bathrooms, place new bathroom essentials in bathrooms such as soap and body wash, and leave water bottles and snacks in kitchen for upcoming residents (we will provide all these supplies)
