About the Role
Being that we manage vacation rentals, we experience high turnover so there is opportunity for consistent work. We manage properties throughout the US and are looking for local maintenance techs that cover the areas we manage. Even if we don't cover your area just yet, we invite you to apply as we are rapidly growing and can contact you once we expand to your location.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in apartments or hospitality insudtry (such as hotel or vacation rentals) is not required but a HUGE plus!
English or spanish speaking
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to requests
Ability to handle general maintenance requests such as replacing lighting, repairing plumbing, hanging blinds or curtains and rods, etc.
Clean up after yourself after repairs
Complete a walk through to document and report any damages or maintenance issues
Ability to purchase needed supplies and wait 10-15 days to be reimburses (for large projects we are open to purchasing the supplies or providing instant reimbursement).
